We’re looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to join our team. This role suits someone early in their career with a strong technical foundation, eager to learn, grow, and work on cutting-edge projects with major clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Operations, consulting, or related technical role
• Exposure to observability or ITSM platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, BigPanda, Halo ITSM)
• Interest in Enterprise Architecture, automation, and modern observability practices

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in delivering Service Operations projects for enterprise clients
• Assist in implementing and configuring observability, AIOps, and ITSM platforms
• Learn to work with Event Management and OpenTelemetry to improve monitoring and automation
• Carry out research, analysis, and documentation to support solution design and delivery
• Grow into a trusted advisor with technical and consulting skills

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in IT Operations, consulting, or a related technical role.
• Exposure to one or more observability or ITSM platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, BigPanda, Halo ITSM).
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (certifications a plus).
• Interest in Enterprise Architecture, automation, and modern observability practices.
• A problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
