Technology Operations & Solutions Technician
London
Training The Street (TTS) is the world's leading financial learning services company, delivering targeted, hands‑on training to corporate and academic clients across the globe. We're looking for a Technology Operations & Solutions Technician to join our Technology team, supporting the day‑to‑day operations, security, and governance of our systems as the business grows beyond a SaaS‑only stack into a mix of custom‑built and third‑party solutions.
In this role, you'll be a front‑line partner for IT support, onboarding and offboarding, and security operations - triaging issues, provisioning accounts and devices, and helping maintain the controls and documentation that keep the business compliant and protected. As you grow into the role, you'll also help design, build, and operate a growing suite of internally‑developed tools, working closely with stakeholders across the business to turn requirements into secure, reliable, well‑maintained solutions.
This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable moving between hands‑on support and hands‑on building - someone who brings good judgment to a small team without heavy process, and is motivated to fix things regardless of whose job it technically is.
