Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers is seeking a Junior Team Leader at the Haydock branch, covering the Midlands, North West and South West area. This full-time role involves managing a team of Technicians, planning routes, and delivering key KPIs while providing excellent customer service.

The package includes a competitive basic salary, OTE, relocation support, and opportunities for training and career progression within Rentokil Initial. A DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license held for 2 years minimum.
• Ideally have experience in horticulture.
• Interested in plants and plantcare.
• Experience coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served.
• Leadership skills in a work environment.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Technicians in daily duties.
• Ensure delivery of KPIs: Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity.
• Plan routes to maximise customer facing time and minimise driving time.
• Conduct field support days.
• Maintain and install Christmas displays.
• Conduct quality audits of sites, stock control, and ordering stock.
• Drive as role covers a large geographical area.
• Provide hands-on servicing when required.
