Job summary

Eseye Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior Support Analyst for its Guildford office. You will investigate technical issues, manage incidents to resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep customers connected and supported.

Ideal for a recent graduate or with 1+ year of experience, the role offers exposure to IoT and IT systems, with potential growth into Applications Support, IoT Operations, or Technical Consulting.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Technical Customer Services or Technical Systems Support.
• Understanding of SLA management processes and ticket systems.
• Experience in telecoms or communications environment and networking basics.
• Experience with MySQL and data manipulation in relational databases.
• Knowledge of GSM/LTE cellular networks or working in an MNO environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of incidents reported from Eseye customers through service desk interfaces and deliver to SLAs.
• Provide technical triage and analysis for incidents.
• Coordinate with technical, service delivery and customer success teams for resolutions.
• Escalate incidents to Level 2 support when required.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and ISO9001 standards.
• Maintain knowledge base for problem solutions.
• Monitor automated alerts and implement mitigation/escalation.
• Provide first-line support for internal laptop/device issues with third-party IT teams.
