We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Junior Strategist to come and join us. Armbands optional.

The Part You’ll Play as Junior Strategist…

As a Junior Strategist you will be responsible for shaping large, cross-channel campaigns and executing the brand strategy for some of the biggest brands in the UK. You’ll work alongside an experienced strategy department and collaborate with creative, design, digital and account management teams.

We’re looking for a big thinker who loves to dig into research and data. Someone who loves to be a part of the creative process and who can confidently guide creatives to achieve business objectives. And most importantly, someone who is up for a new challenge. Specifically, responsibilities will include:

• Help identify the role of advertising in solving business problems
• Use key research tools (incl. social listening) and conducting own research (qual and quant), to discover insights and cultural truths
• Turning the client brief into a killer creative brief and briefing the creative teams
• Development of messaging frameworks to guide communication through the line
• Working with the team to demonstrate marketing effectiveness

Please note you will be required to travel to the office (Prestbury, Macclesfield) three times per week, with monthly travel to the client office in the UK too.
