Job summary

Churchill's Chelmsford is seeking a Junior Manager to lead a busy team and uphold our sustainability and customer service standards. You will be responsible for coaching, training, stock, rotas, health and safety, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with the Operations Manager to maximise store turnover and profitability in an ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage a happy and productive crew while living the S.A.V.E values.
• Provide training and support to thrive in the food career through procedures and guides.
• Be the store's customer champion, coaching the team to exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for food preparation, menu item cooking, stock, rotas, health and safety.
