Job summary

Go:Be Search Ltd in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, is seeking a newly qualified or about-to-qualify Junior Staff Nurse to join our care home team on day shifts. This hands-on role requires clinical judgement, compassion and confidence to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care for residents.

You’ll assess needs, create care plans, administer medication, keep records audit-ready, monitor health and work with the team to maintain consistent care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin, or about to receive one.
• Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Approachable, resident-focused and committed to getting it right.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We’re looking for a newly qualified/ about to qualify Junior Staff Nurse to join our care home team in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, working day shift. This is a hands-on role where your clinical judgement, compassion, and confidence will help deliver safe, effective, person-centred nursing care for residents.

What you’ll be doing

• Previous care home experience is desirable, but your attitude and ability matter most
