Job summary

Leaders In Care in Falkirk is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents, promoting dignity and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor health, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role
