Job summary

Go:Be Search Ltd in Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, is seeking a newly qualified or about-to-qualify Junior Staff Nurse to join our care home team on day shifts. This hands-on role requires clinical judgement, compassion and confidence to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care for residents.

You’ll assess needs, create care plans, administer medication, keep records audit-ready, monitor health and work with the team to maintain consistent care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin, or about to receive one.
• Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Approachable, resident-focused and committed to getting it right.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and turn them into tailored care plans.
• Review and update care plans as needs change.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with professional guidance.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready clinical records.
• Monitor health and act quickly when attention is needed.
• Support residents and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Work with the wider team to keep care consistent and coordinated.
• Pursue training and ongoing professional development.
