Job summary

The Merchant Hotel in Belfast is seeking a talented Junior Sous Pastry Chef to join our five-star kitchen team. You will lead the pastry section, contribute to menu development and train junior staff to uphold exceptional standards.

Essential criteria include a minimum of two years running a pastry section and solid HACCP knowledge. Desirable NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food discipline or working toward it.

Essential Criteria:
