The Merchant Hotel in Belfast is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join its award-winning kitchen team. You will contribute to the creation of exquisite pastry items in a world-class five-star setting, with opportunities for career progression and skill refinement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of pastry and service experience in a busy restaurant, and may be progressing towards an NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food discipline.
