Heartwood Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.35 per hour plus TRONC, with an on target earnings range of £15–£15.50 including TRONC for a typical 48-hour week.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in a service setting with advanced knife skills.
