Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Accommodation is available. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with on-target earnings of £15–£16 including TRONC, in a warm, award-winning hospitality group.

We provide bespoke training through our Stepping Stones programme, plus employee benefits and progression opportunities across our estate. Applicants should have 3–4 years’ experience in a service setting with intermediate knife skills

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques

Responsibilities

• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
