Heartwood Collection is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You will work across sections, follow family recipes, and help deliver high-quality, seasonal dishes.

We offer a basic hourly rate with TRONC, a 48-hour contract average, bespoke training through Stepping Stones, and employee benefits including EarlyPay, enhanced leave, referral bonuses, and generous food discounts.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience in a service setting with advanced knife skills and classical cooking techniques.
• Ability to work multiple sections and train other chefs.
