The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Enjoys managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Understands food, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrates team success and recognizes individual needs
