Job summary

• Experience in a quality-led kitchen, preferably at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level.
• Passion for AA Rosette or fine dining standards.

• Positive, hands-on attitude with excellent teamwork.

Job description

As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes that meet and exceed AA Rosette standards. You will play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate.

• Assist in leading and motivating the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food quality
• Maintain rosette-level presentation, flavour, and technique across all dishes
• Support menu development, bringing fresh ideas and seasonal creativity
• Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times
• Help manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Train and develop junior team members
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
• Passion for delivering food to AA Rosette or similar fine dining standards
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, seasonality, and modern cooking techniques
• A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent teamwork skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
