The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• enjoys managing the line and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, coaching team members on the go
• has an understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
