As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members
• Understanding food safety, health standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
