8 Bishopsgate is a dynamic, multi-outlet hospitality venue offering an incredible range of food and event experiences.

Role Purpose
  • Exciting Multi-Outlet City Operation
  • Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 8 Bishopsgate features two café bars, a stunning restaurant on level 26, executive dining on Level 50 and meeting rooms plus an auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, we cater spectacular events within the building.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our talented team, focusing on events and corporate hospitality. From high-end corporate receptions to large-scale functions in our 200-guest auditorium and stunning Level 50 private dining spaces, our events team delivers exceptional food experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on chef with experience in events catering, hotel banqueting, or high-end contract catering. Someone with strong organisation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A team player who can lead by example, supporting the Sous and Head Chefs as needed.

You will be able to progress within the different areas as the sites gets busier, with plenty of opportunities for our teams! We are looking for someone with great attitude, passion for food and ambition to learn and grow with the company.
