Junior Sous Chef
Location: Near Bank Station
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: £16.44ph

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency and exceptional standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, bringing creativity and fresh ideas to the table.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, control food costs, and minimize waste.
