Premier Selection Limited is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a popular gastro pub serving dishes made from fresh seasonal ingredients. You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef, delegate tasks, and ensure daily prep meets standards and stations are ready for service.

This role suits a Chef de Partie seeking their first Junior Sous position and requires living in or near Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe or Cheltenham with own transport.

• Oversee daily prep and ensure each section is organised and ready for service.
