Job summary

wagamama ltd is hiring a junior sous chef on a full-time basis in the Royal Leamington Spa area. You will support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every bowl is made to order and presented with pride.

You will collaborate with the management team to maintain high kitchen standards, coach staff, and continuously improve processes. The role rewards growth, biweekly pay with tips, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen shifts and coordinating a team.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and HACCP basics.
• Familiarity with gross profit, stock control and labour cost in a kitchen.
