Job summary

You’ll help your team feel seen, coached, and proud of their work, nurturing growth rather than just chasing targets, while applying a Kaizen mindset to identify and implement small but meaningful improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.
• Ability to plan shifts and supervise kitchen staff.
