wagamama ltd is hiring a junior sous chef, full-time, to support shifts and the kitchen team in a busy, vibrant environment. You’ll work with management to run the kitchen, maintain food quality and team morale, coach on the go, and help your team grow while serving dishes made to order. This role emphasises a Kaizen mindset, strong standards, and a benefits package including biweekly pay, staff discounts and meals on shift.

Formación

• Passion for supporting your team and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to manage the line, plan shifts and coach on the go.
• Understand kitchen food safety standards and the financials of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control and labour cost.
• Love to celebrate success with your team and recognise individual needs.
