Qualifications

• Experience in professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards.
• Supervise chefs, commis chefs and kitchen staff during service.
• Maintain food safety standards and records; monitor temperatures and cleanliness.
• Take responsibility for designated kitchen sections and assist with scheduling.
