Coppa Club is seeking a confident Junior Sous Chef to support and lead with flair in a vibrant kitchen. You will help manage daily operations, mentor junior chefs, and contribute to seasonal menus that reflect the brand’s stylish and seasonal ethos.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in high-volume kitchens, with strong leadership and a passion for learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary technique and creativity.
• Ability to guide and inspire junior team members.

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations.
