The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidates:

• Are passionate about supporting their team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Are prepared to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
• Have an understanding of food, health, safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizes individual needs
