The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal candidates:

  • Are passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards.
  • Are ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go.
  • Understand food safety, health and safety standards, and have knowledge of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Love celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
