The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Managing the line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
  • Ensuring food safety, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
  • Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
