The Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, using this to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Ready to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach on the go
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
