Hotel du Vin Exeter is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Head Chef, oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and help deliver our high standards on every plate.

Offering £16.00 per hour (INC TRONC) for 45 hours per week on a full-time contract, this role provides a route into senior kitchen leadership with opportunities for progression within our brand.
