Loungers plc's Cazaro Lounge is opening its doors and inviting a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help the team deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish meets our standards.

We're offering hourly pay with tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. This is a great step for an experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef aiming to grow into a senior kitchen role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie seeking next step.
• Experience with fresh ingredients and high standards in a busy kitchen.
• Allergen awareness and proper handling of dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and day-to-day prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, par, hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Follow allergen processes to ensure compliance and safety.
