Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership and knowledge across kitchen operations.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties are performed.

• Liaise with suppliers and partners on kitchen operations.
• Check inbound deliveries for quality and consistency.
• Assist with specials planning.
• Ensure health and safety practices and stock/portion control.
