• Must have worked as a Junior Sous Chef in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Possess strong operational and leadership skills in kitchen operations.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly cleaning duties as instructed by senior chefs.
• Help maximise kitchen yield relative to gross profit and minimise wastage.
• Engage with suppliers/partners for kitchen operations as directed by Head Chef.
• Check inbound food deliveries for quality and consistency.
• Assist Head Chef with specials planning.
• Follow health & safety practices; assist in stock and portion control.
