Berretto Lounge is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping the team deliver great shifts each week and ensuring every dish leaving the pass is to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and ability to prep hot and cold dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work with fresh ingredients and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is ready.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep, cleanliness and hygiene.
