Loungers’ Torello Lounge in the UK is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team, helping deliver great shifts and ensuring every dish leaves the pass to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environments and ability to follow recipes and standards.
• Strong knife skills and food preparation capabilities.
• Knowledge of allergens, hygiene and food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep and par, and assist with line duties.
