Qualifications
- Confident communication and teamwork are essential.
- Experience as Chef-de-Partie or similar in high-volume kitchens is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and under pressure.
- Strong passion for cooking with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and presentation awareness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high standards.
- Assist with preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistent presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
