Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the wider kitchen team, oversee presentation in their absence, and uphold our standards, training, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and high standards.
• Experience in luxury venues preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef to develop dishes and menus.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.
• Support, mentor and train junior chefs in the brigade.
