The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members on the go
• Ensuring compliance with food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
