TOCA Social, Westfield White City, London, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead the pass and kitchen team during busy shifts. You will ensure food quality, HACCP compliance, and smooth service while coaching teammates and supporting venue leadership.

With 1-2 years of supervisory hospitality experience, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory hospitality experience.
• Passion for food and guest experience.
• Punctual, reliable with strong work ethic.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Cooking & food standards: prep and cook to spec for great presentation.
• Lead by example on cleanliness, hygiene, HACCP compliance.
• Help manage stock, waste, and GP targets with the Head Chef.
• Support and train kitchen crew; provide feedback and coaching.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for TOCA Talent events.
