Job summary

TOCA Social is recruiting a kitchen member to support the preparation and delivery of dishes at our Westfield White City venue. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, quality, and presentation while working closely with a dynamic team to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with training across departments to support career progression within TOCA Social.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a great attitude and work ethic.
• Fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about delivering top quality experiences.
• Willing to make people happy and deliver memorable experiences.
• Roll up sleeves and help out across departments as needed.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualified (ideally).
• Experience in a kitchen as Chef, Kitchen Assistant or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support teammates across the kitchen with preparation and delivery of TOCA Social dishes.
• Maintain high kitchen cleanliness standards and ensure food quality/presentation.
• Collaborate with venue teams to exceed guest expectations.
• Escalate maintenance issues to your leader.
• Store and label products correctly.
• Adhere to TOCA Social standards and health & safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with teammates.
• Support the kitchen and venue during events.
• Be a team player and assist other departments when required.
• Support junior team members to develop skills.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage/labeling.
• Work with Head Chef to minimize wastage and manage portions.
