Apex Hotels in Bath is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. You will support the Head Chef, work with supply chain partners, and contribute to a high-quality food offering across outlets.

You will thrive on coaching a multi-skilled team, driving cost control, and creating memorable moments for guests while upholding food safety standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Food safety management and professional cookery qualification at level 2 or above.
• Clear and influencing communicator across levels.
• Sales and profit driven mentality.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing all food and sundry costs through stock control.
• Analyse and present monthly profit and loss with corrective activity as directed by Head Chef.
• Assist with payroll and food cost analysis in line with forecasted revenue levels.
• Help develop a multi-skilled culinary team delivering cost-effective, high-quality service.
• Be highly visible at peak service periods with attention to culinary delivery.
• Maintain focus on the customer’s needs with personalised service.
