Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring
  • Focus on creating a caring and supportive environment, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and forward-thinking approach.
What We Look For
  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on considerate and supportive conversations.
  • Experience in maintaining kitchen standards and managing financial performance including GP and stock control.
