The role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a strong focus on food quality and standards. You will lead, engage, and inspire your team using your food knowledge and leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is prepared to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members on the go
• Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
