The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a strong focus on food quality and standards. You will use your food knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others reach their potential while maintaining high standards.
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members on the go.
• Understanding food, health, safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
