Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team and helping others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
  • Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts to ensure adequate coverage, and coaching team members on the go
  • Understanding food safety, health and safety standards, and managing financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drivers and needs
