Qualifications

• Passion for creating fresh, locally sourced dishes.
• Willingness to develop into a senior kitchen role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh food across menus.
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Lead during service when required.
