Job summary

The Knot Inn near Rudyard Lake is seeking a Junior Sous chef to join our award‑winning kitchen team. You will craft dishes from local produce, work independently and with the brigade, and help maintain the highest standards in a busy gastro pub environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate from £14.50 plus TRONC, flexible four‑day shifts, and free on‑site parking. Previous high‑quality pub or gastro pub experience is preferred, and you will have opportunities to contribute to menu development.
