Job summary

Chilled Pubs is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead their station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating, assist with stock control, ordering and deliveries, and mentor your team under senior chefs to grow your leadership skills.

This role offers hands-on progression in a bustling kitchen and a clear path to more responsibility as you prove your mettle in daily dining service.
