Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s plc is seeking a Junior Sous Chef at the Windmill in Windlesham to lead a kitchen section, train a team and deliver food to brand standards. You will work under the Head Chef to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction, while developing leadership capabilities and stock control skills.
